Excellent service..!!! I looked on the website and spoke to a lady on an on-line chat who gave me all I needed to know, even gave me a discount code. Filled the on-line form in, paid and had a skip within a couple of hours, Driver was great with some chit chat which made me laugh, Can't fault them and will use all the time.! Skip was off road so I did not have to hire cones and lights..!!!!

I would just like to say a BIG thank you to Alan Skip especially Michelle who kindly donated a free skip today. Our local primary school Alexandra CP School in Wrexham had a childs outdoor play area set on fire a few days ago. We asked for a skip so that the burnt remains could be cleared away to save any other damage being done. So on behalf on all those who came today and the school thank you so much for your help 😀😀😀

Great customer service. Next door neighbour had a skip delivered. Driver knocked my gate with his truck which bent the gate post, driver came and let me know straight away so they could arrange a repair. All sorted within a couple of days. Wouldn’t know anything had happened. Thanks gents.

Would like to Express how brilliant the team at Alan's Skip Hire are..We ordered a skip it arrived on the Fri but unfortunately we needed a 2nd skip ASAP... We phoned and ordered another but they were booked up I spoke with a young lady named Michelle she was amazing she took my booking but explained she would try her best but thought it would be Monday...Sat Morning arrived and our 2nd skip was with us by 8.40am I was so grateful for fitting us in...Michelle I thank you ...the whole process from ordering your skips to arriving was very professionally done.. cant recommend you all enough .

The driver Karl in whom just picked our skip up was so considerate and accommodating and went the extra mile taking the old one away and replacing with a new one. Real gent and really polite. Would recomend Alan's Skip Hire. Will use these guys for any skip I need in the future.
