There are not many businesses that can measure success by the number of times they have helped their customers, but a recent achievement by North Wales based IT solutions provider Pro-Networks does just that.

It was 12 July 2013, that Pro-Networks, who provide IT services and support across England, Wales and Ireland, reached a significant milestone across the business with their 100,000th support call. What is even more remarkable is that the call came from one of the businesses that have been with Pro-Networks since the beginning, back in 2002: Alan’s Skip Hire Ltd.

Carl Jarvis, customer service manager for Pro-Networks said: “Hitting 100,000 tasks is a significant milestone for the business. The pleasing thing is that it has given us an opportunity to look back at our early tasks and so many of them are for customers that are still with us today.”

At the company headquarters in Sandycroft, Neil Hassall, managing director of ASH Group helped mark the event with Paul Crudge, managing director of Pro-Networks, at a special party and was presented with a gift of a bottle of champagne and a cake as a thank you for being the 100,000th support call.

Commentating on the accomplishment, Paul Crudge said: “Each task logged in the database is a phone call or email to our helpdesk, and these range from a five minute fix to complex issues which may take many man-hours, so this represents a huge amount of effort from our staff on behalf of our customers.

“It took nearly eight years from inception in 2002 to reach 50,000 tasks, but only three more to reach this landmark. This illustrates how quickly the company has developed, and the amount of work our customers are providing for us.”
